Key Reminders for Customers Using Tradelink Software
- Please check your software mailbox regularly to monitor all message status.
- After having sent a message via Tradelink Software, please correct the software within 30 minutes to ensure that the message status has been changed from “Sending” to either “Acknowledgement Message” or
“Application
Error”.
- For “Application Error” message status, please correct the message content and submit it again.
- If the message status remains at “Sending”, there may be connection problems. Please contact Tradelink Customer Service hotline at 2917 8888 for assistance immediately to avoid any possible late penalty.
- The service hours for electronic Certificate of Origin and Import & Export Trade Declarations services are daily 07:00 to 23:00. For messages received after 23:00, the submission date will be recorded and the message will be
processed when service resume.
