To comply with the Government's Security Regulations, your data which we backup regularly is retained for 7 years in both on-site and off-site for easy access and restored in case of need and will be deleted thereafter. Furthermore, your data is encrypted in transit and in storage, protecting its confidentiality from the malicious hacker and attack to the system or network.
With our Access Control Policy, only authorised Tradelink staff with a genuine "need-to-know" can access your data. Any unauthorised login to the system/network will be blocked and alert our support team to check on these unauthorised accesses, minimising the risk of unauthorised access to you data.
