We provide regular courses that are taught in Cantonese and held at our training centre. We can also arrange training conducted in English/ Putonghua or onsite training at customer's premises upon request. Each course
takes around 2 hours.
Certificates will be issued to those who have successfully completed the training courses.
This course introduces the operation of Import & Export Trade Declarations (TDEC) Service. Participants will learn how to prepare and submit trade declarations to the Government through Tradelink platform.
This course introduces the operation of Tradelink Road Cargo System (ROCARS) Service. Participants will learn how to prepare and submit electronic advanced cargo information (e-ACI) to the Government and conduct bundling through Tradelink platform.
This course introduces the operation of Certificate of Origin (CO) service. Participants will learn how to prepare and apply for CO through Tradelink platform.
This course introduces the operation of Electronic Cargo Manifest (EMAN) service. Participants will learn how to prepare and submit cargo manifest information and related documents to the Government through Tradelink platform.
For Tradelink customers, the payment can be settled by training coupon issued by Tradelink, direct debit from your company billing account, credit card or Faster Payment System (FPS). For non-Tradelink customers, the payment can be settled by credit card or FPS.
Course fees are not refundable once you have enrolled in the course and received our confirmation. If you are unable to attend an enrolled course and want to reschedule it to another date or transfer your place
to
another
person, you are required to do it at least 1 working day prior to commencement of the class via online/written notice to Tradelink.
If the course is cancelled by Tradelink for whatever reasons, course fees will be refunded.
When Warning Signal No 1 or 3 is hoisted, classes will be held as scheduled.
When Warning Signal No 8 is likely to be hoisted within the next two hours as announced by the Hong Kong Observatory, all classes on that day will be cancelled.
When Warning Signal No 8 or above is hoisted, classes will be rescheduled. Even if the warning signal is subsequently lowered, all classes on that day will still be cancelled. The rescheduled date will be advised later.
When a black rainstorm warning is issued before the commencement of classes, classes will be rescheduled. Even if the black rainstorm warning is subsequently cancelled, all classes on that day will still be cancelled.
When a black rainstorm warning is issued during classes, the classes will continue, but instructors and attendees will be advised to stay inside the classroom for their own safety while the warning is still current.
