Users of Online Import & Export Trade Declarations service can renew your Personal ID-Cert after you have logged in to the online platform.
Upon renewal, your Personal ID-cert can be installed at Tradelink’s secure server so that you can sign import / export trade declaration anywhere without carrying your USB.
Users can renew your Personal ID-Cert online before its expiry by following the steps as below.
Login the Personal ID-Cert online renewal page using your existing Personal ID-Cert and password. Then, submit and confirm your online renewal application.
For ValuNet Deluxe software user, when you are preparing the renewal application, you will be asked to locate your existing Personal ID-Cert in your ValuNet Deluxe software.
To find out where is your Personal
ID-Cert in your ValuNet Deluxe software, please download the tool to search.
An email collection notice will be sent to the subscribers’ email address within 3 working days. Please perform Step 2 as below to collect the new ID-Cert online.
Upon receipt of the email collection notice from Digi-Sign within 3 working days after you have completed Step 1 for your renewal application, please login the online collection webpage using your existing Personal ID-Cert and password. Enter the password of your existing Personal ID-Cert again to confirm your acceptance of the new Personal ID-Cert.
To safeguard your Personal ID-Cert, you are advised to backup the ID-Cert file.
If your existing Personal ID-Cert has expired by the time you perform Step 2, please contact our customer service hotline at 2917 8888.
Password of your new Personal ID-Cert will be mailed to your correspondence address within one week after you have successfully completed step 2 to collect your personal ID-Cert. Upon receipt of the password of your new Personal ID-Cert, please install the ID-Cert to your ValuNet Deluxe software or LogiNet Deluxe software.
