Registration and Annual Fees. Customers are required to pay a one-time registration fee at the time of their registration for Tradelink's services. In addition, they also have to pay an
annual fee for the use of Government Electronic Trading Services (GETS), which include Import & Export Declaration (TDEC), Electronic Cargo Manifest (EMAN), Certificates of Origin (CO) and Dutiable Commodities Permit
(DCP). Customers may refer to Note 3 below for details related to the annual fee for GETS. Moreover, customers subscribing for TDEC and CO services which attract Government fees/charges are required to pay a non-interest
bearing, refundable deposit at the time of subscription for the relevant services. The deposit amount is based on the expected usage of the service within the customer's chosen billing period. If customers unsubscribe for
the
services, the deposit will be refunded to customers.

Initial Registration Fee (Special Offer in 2024). This special offer applies to new Tradelink customers.

Annual Fee for GETS (comprising TDEC, EMAN, CO and DCP) (Special Offer in 2024). This special offer applies to Tradelink customers subscribing for any one of the services under GETS. An annual fee special offer of
HK$946 applies to customers subscribing for more than one service under GETS. The annual fee will be charged annually by direct debit at the start of each calendar year. These fees are non-refundable.

Transaction Charges. These charges cover Tradelink's charges for processing the government or commercial transactions, including all related messages such as amendments, resubmissions or cancellation where
permissible. They do not include the relevant Government fee for government transactions.

Dutiable Commodities Permit (DCP). Customers can enter into a fixed term contract with Tradelink for the exclusive usage of the Tradelink DCP service.

Electronic Cargo Manifest (EMAN). Rail, Ocean and River carriers can enter into a fixed term contract with Tradelink for the exclusive usage of the Tradelink EMAN service. As for Air mode carriers, a special offer of
HK$16 per Manifest is available.

Tradelink ROCARS. The standard unit transaction rate applies to electronic advance cargo information (e-ACI) and / or bundling submission. Tradelink also offers a HK$240 monthly plan which includes monthly submission
of up to 30 e-ACI and / or bundling, and thereafter transaction charge will be subject to a tiered pricing based on volume. Moreover, Tradelink offers various pricing plans and mechanisms for customers using value-adding
features or other solutions to access the service (e.g.SMS service).

Automated Manifest Service (AMS) to US Customs. Customers are required to pay an initial, one time set up charge of HK$2,300.

Importer Security Filing (ISF 10+2) to US Customs. For customers using the Excel form, an initial, one-time set up fee of HK$2,300 will be charged. If customers opt for direct integration, please call Tradelink sales
hotline for quotation.

Advance Filing Rules (AFR) to Japanese Customs. Customers are required to pay an initial, one-time set-up charge of HK$2,300.

Tradelink Service Centre Charges. These charges apply to paper submissions made either directly to one of the Service Centres operated by Tradelink or its partners or by post to Tradelink. They cover the charges for
converting data into electronic format and are payable in addition to the relevant Tradelink Transaction Charges and Government fees.

The service includes converting paper trade declarations into electronic format for filing with the Government. The service charges are for converting data into electronic format, but do not include the relevant Tradelink
Transaction Charges and Government fees.

The basic charge covers up to two bills of lading. Each additional bill of lading will be charged a fee of HK$17.1.

The charge applies to paper submission of e-ACI and / or bundling to Tradelink service centre. Tradelink also offers other submission modes for ROCARS transactions, including fax-in and phone-in for which a surcharge may
apply.

Tradelink will pick up paper trade declarations at locations specified by the customer and convert them into electronic format for filing with the Government. The service charges cover document pick up and conversion
charges, but do not include the relevant Tradelink Transaction Charges and Government fees.

Tradelink will pick up shipping documents and input the relevant information from the documents for electronic submission to the Government. The service charges cover data extraction from shipping documents and data entry
for preparing the electronic submissions, but do not include the relevant Tradelink Transaction Charges and Government fees.

Insurance-link Service. The service is offered at no charge to customers using the online platform to acquire cargo insurance. Customers are required to pay the insurance premium to the cargo insurance agent through
Tradelink.

Tradelink will charge existing customers HK$400 for each additional copy of software.

On-site Service Call. This service is offered free to Tradelink customers provided that the problem is caused by any defect in Tradelink's system or software. If the problem is found to stem from the customer's own
equipment or procedures, a charge of HK$800 per case will be applied.

Tradelink Software Installation. Depending on the complexity of the system environment of the customer, some installations can be performed through remote access via internet connection. A charge of HK$520 will be
applied for installations via remote access.

Setting up an Additional Mailbox. A mailbox is set-up for each Tradelink customer at the time of registration. If more mailboxes are required, a one-time set-up fee of HK$510 will apply to each additional mailbox. An
annual maintenance fee, charged annually at the start of each calendar year, for each additional mailbox of HK$295 will also apply.

Email Alert. Customers subscribing to the service will receive notification messages to a designated email address whenever there are any application errors or Government queries relating to trade declarations. The
service is free of charge for the first three months for new users.

Additional Signature Key. Tradelink may sponsor one Personal ID-Cert (Class 1) issued by Digi-Sign Certification Services Limited for free to each new customer within 3 months from the date of registration. Any extra
ID-Cert or new ID-Cert applied after the 3-month period is subject to this additional charge.

Replacing an Existing Confidentiality Key. All customers using Tradelink customer software will be provided with one free confidentiality key, for each mailbox setup with Tradelink for message encryption /
decryption. This charge will apply if, for various reasons, customer requires a replacement of any such key.

Delivery of ID-Cert. For newly registered customers, Tradelink will provide free delivery service for one trip made to customer's designated office within Hong Kong for first time new ID-Cert(s) delivery. This charge
will apply, if for whatever reason, additional trips are required to deliver ID-Certs, and for subsequent delivery of renewed ID-Cert.

Additional Billing Account. Each customer is provided with one billing account at the time of registration. If more than one billing accounts (one mailbox is set-up for one billing account) are required, a one-time
set-up fee of HK$1,020 will apply to each additional account. An annual maintenance fee, charged annually at the start of each calendar year, for each additional account of HK$550 will also apply.

Billing Statement. All customers are provided billing statements in electronic format. Customers can also check their billing statements on Internet at Tradelink-eBiz website (www.tradelink-ebiz.com). However,
customers for special business needs can request for hardcopy billing statements or re-sending of previous electronic billing statements at a fee of HK$34 per statement.

Certified True Copy of Billing Statement. Customers will be charged a fee of HK$490 per certified true copy of billing statement.

Settlement of Account by Cheque or Pay-in Slip. This charge covers the cost of administering non-electronic payments and will apply in cases where Tradelink cannot, for whatever reasons, receive payment from the
customer through the normal electronic direct debit (autopay) arrangement. For the avoidance of doubt this charge will not apply for settlement by Faster Payment System (FPS) and e-Cheque.

Cheque Issuing Administration Charge. This charge covers the cost of issuing cheque for refund of monies (including without limitation the deposit remaining in an operating account) by Tradelink to customer. The
charge will automatically be deducted from the refund amount. If the refund amount is equal or less than this charge, the refund amount will be forfeited by Tradelink without notice. For the avoidance of doubt this charge
will not apply for e-Cheque refund by Tradelink.

Certified True Copy of Transaction Record. Customers will be charged a fee of HK$470 per certified true copy of archived transaction record.

Certified True Copy of Audit Trail Report. Customers will be charged a fee of HK$470 per certified true copy of archived audit trail report.

Operation Training. These charges apply to Tradelink's operation courses.
